TimeForemost is a time-tracking mobile app built by NetForemost ("NetForemost," "we," "us," or "our"). This page explains how to request deletion of your TimeForemost account and the data associated with it, as required by Google Play's Account Deletion policy.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your TimeForemost account directly from the app:
Sign in to the TimeForemost app.
Go to the Account tab.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.
Submitting this request does not delete your account immediately. Instead, the request is sent to your company's administrator within TimeForemost for review.
What Happens After You Submit a Request
Your deletion request is reviewed by your company's administrator, not processed automatically. Deletion is not immediate and may take up to two business weeks to complete once submitted.
What Data Is Deleted
Once a deletion request is approved and processed, the following are removed:
Your user profile
Your authentication credentials and account access
Your membership in your company's TimeForemost workspace
Personal information associated with your account
What Data Is Retained
Because TimeForemost is used to track work, time, and pay across your employer's company account, deleting your personal account does not remove records that belong to that company. The following is retained after your account is deleted:
Time-tracking records. Time entries and activity data (such as keystrokes, mouse activity, and screenshots) recorded while you worked stay in the system, no longer linked to your personal identity.
Company account data.Your employer's company account, including its subscription, billing, and plan history, is not affected by your account deletion. If you were the only user of the company account, it continues to exist.
Projects, goals, and tasks.Any projects, goals, and tasks you worked on remain intact. If you managed a project or goal, your company's administrator may need to reassign it before your account can be fully removed.
Historical records.Records of changes to goals, goal participation, and billing history are preserved as part of the company's records.
Payroll and payment records. Pay schedules, payroll runs, pay sheets, and payment status are retained as financial and accounting records.
A record that your request was handled. We keep a record that a deletion request was submitted and processed, including when and by whom it was reviewed, so there is a clear trail showing your request was addressed.
