Incentive for project
goals
Contractors will be able to register goals in our internal system related to the projects they are working on. The goal incentive consists of a 5% monthly increase in the salary of each contractor for goals met.
Incentive for completing
courses
Every time a team member completes a course they become a more capable professional. If the contractor completes at least one course in the month, they are compensated with a monthly salary increase of 2.5%.
Incentive for compliance
with schedules
We know that time has a value that transcends even monetary value. So one of our most important goals is compliance with the schedule that the worker has proposed, being compensated with a montly salary increase of 2.5% for arriving on time, working the appropriate number of hours and being responsible with their rest time, which is also very necessary.
Annual incentive for
permanence
We are pleased to provide job stability to our workers and we are honored that they decide to stay and grow with us, so as an incentive we set the goal of annual permanence. This incentive consists of compensating 1% of the tam member’s salary each month throughout the year, equivalent to a monthly salary increase of 12%.
Paid time off to active
contractors incentive
NetForemost offers all active contractors 10 days of paid time off once they have completed 12 consecutive months as active contractors. This way, team members can take long rest periods without being limited by the remuneration.
